This dry fresh sparkling Spanish cava contains a selection of xarel-lo, parellada and macabeo and gives a perfect flavour combination with the Ruby chocolate tablet with a topping of dried cranberries and nougat. The nutty flavour of the nougat matches the slightly oxidative notes of the cava and the sweet fruitiness of the Ruby chocolate is perfectly countered by the sour cranberries in the topping.
