How do we work?

All indicated prices include 6% VAT and are valid until 31/12/2020. Transportation costs are not included and are charged separately in the payment process.

For larger product orders, send an email to sales@chocolatenation.be stating the product code and quantity required. For personalized messages on edible paper, an additional charge of € 0.75 per message is added and a lead time of 4 weeks.

Seasonal products can also be made on request, allow a maximum of 7 days for production.

Delivery

As soon as you order something, we go to our atelier and our chocolatiers make the product or products for you. Then we pack it in a cardboard box and fill the empty spaces with air cushions or foam. The next day your package will be sent with a postal service. We do not ship packages on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays to guarantee that your chocolate package is not in a warm van or warehouse all weekend.

To all.  If your country is not in the selection list then send us an email and we will activate your choice.
