Returns?

According to Book VI of the Economic Law Code, there is no right of withdrawal for foodstuffs, perishable goods and Chocolate Products manufactured according to the Buyer's specifications. Each purchase of these products is therefore final and will not be taken back by Chocolate Nation. For non-food items you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. If you return the entire order, you will be credited with the full order amount including any shipping costs. If you return part of the order, any shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for the account of the customer. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@chocolatenation.be We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
